Service Level Agreement (SLA)
At SYSHosting, we strive to maintain a 100% uptime across all our servers. We do our level best to make sure our customers enjoy maximum uptime on all our offered hosting services.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee will be determined at the end of the calendar month by SYSHosting's monitoring system and/or authorized 3rd party service.
Credits are issued for one month’s service only, never more. Approval of the credit is at the discretion of SYSHosting dependant upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability. To request a credit, please contact billing@syshosting.com with justification. All requests must be made in writing via email.
Our 99.9% Uptime guarantee applies only to unscheduled outages. Downtime due to hardware upgrades, software upgrades, network upgrades or upgrades of nature that are for security of customers will not be accountable for refunds under our service level agreement.
Many hosts offer "uptime guarantees" but make no mention of what happens if they don't meet their offered uptime guarantee. We stand behind our network reliability and our quality of service by offering you a pro-rated credit for any downtime outside of our 99.9% uptime guarantee window.
