Disk Space refers to the amount of server disk storage your account is allocated. This space is used to store all e-mails, databases, logs and files that are part of your Web site.
Bandwidth refers to the amount of data that can be transferred to and from your Web site each month. The more monthly bandwidth you have the more visitors your site can have. If your site goes over its monthly bandwidth limit it is suspended until the first of the next month when all bandwidth is reset.
We perform weekly account level backups for our budget hosting clients. These backups are to be used for disaster recovery purposes only. Please read our TOS for details.
Our friendly support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Please refer to our support guarantees for further information.
We offer 99.9% uptime guarantee on all hosting packages. If we do not meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee in any given month we'll provide a partial or full refund based on our SLA.
If you are not fully satisfied with our web hosting services for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from your initial order date, we will issue you a full refund of any hosting fees paid to us. Domain registration fees are non refundable, please read our TOS for complete details.
We do not charge a setup fee on our shared hosting accounts.
When making a two year pre-payment, we will extend a discount to your order.
When making a one year pre-payment, we will extend a discount to your order.
When making a six month pre-payment, we will extend a discount to your order.

All orders are done through our online sign up form. Once your payment is cleared, we will setup your account within 12 hours.
Addon domains allow you to host multiple web sites under the same account with their own FTP account, email accounts and stats. Your Disk space, Bandwidth and allotted resources will be shared among these domains.
Subdomains allow you to make easier url’s for your users. For example subdomain.domain.com could point to domain.com/subdomain.
Parked domains are forwarded to your main domain. An example of a parked domain would be domain.net pointing to domain.com's account.
A dedicated IP allows you to access your website with an IP. It is also required for a private SSL whether you want to process credit cards payments or secure your users data.

Auto responders give you the ability to automatically respond to emails with a message of your choice.
Webmail allows you to send and receive email by accessing yourdomain.com/webmail without the need for an email client.

Spam Assassin attempts to block spam from reaching your email.

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) can be controlled through cPanel to help improve the amount of mail that is not flagged as spam by providers such as Hotmail.
