Disk Space refers to the amount of server disk storage your account is allocated. This space is used to store all e-mails, databases, logs and files that are part of your Web site.
Bandwidth refers to the amount of data that can be transferred to and from your Web site each month. The more monthly bandwidth you have the more visitors your site can have. If your site goes over its monthly bandwidth limit it is suspended until the first of the next month when all bandwidth is reset.
We perform daily backups for our professional hosting clients. These backups are to be used for disaster recovery purposes only. Please read our TOS for details.

We offer 99.9% uptime guarantee on all hosting packages. If we do not meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee in any given month we'll provide a partial or full refund based on our SLA.

We don't limit the number of domains that you can host on your reseller account; just the server resources that those domain names actually use. You can set up as many clients account as you want as long as they don't abuse server resources (Please refer to our TOS). Each domain in your Reseller account comes with it's own control panel and unique features.
Overselling allows you to sell more disk space & bandwidth than you actually have available. We allow overselling to our resellers but they can not offer unlimited disk or bandwidth. (Please refer to our TOS)
We offer a free WHMCS license which allows you to mange your customers, keep track of billing and payments, and organize support requests. This software would normally cost you $15.95/month, but it's absolutely FREE with selected reseller plans.
All Reseller web hosting accounts include a free $8.95 domain reseller account. You can offer domain registration to your clients with full control.
Private nameservers make it possible to use ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com for the accounts on your reseller account rather than use our name servers. This gives your company a more professional image.
We will help you move up to 25 web sites free of charge provided they are using cPanel.
A dedicated IP allows you to access your website with an IP and is also required for a private SSL. We include one free dedicated IP on selected plans. Resellers can purchase additional IPs on discounted price of just $18/year.
